Who is responsible

Emmosys (Eric and Michael), a team of two software engineers, is responsible for the information you send us. You can reach us at hello@emmosys.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you chose and your message; your company and budget range if you give them; and the language of the page you wrote from.

When you visit the site or send the form, your IP address and basic browser information are processed to show you the site and to protect it and the form from spam and abuse (see below). We don't use them to identify you.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, discuss your project, and send you one automatic email confirming that we received your message. Your IP address is used only to protect the site and the form. We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't send marketing emails.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this site. It processes your IP address and your browser's requests to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Its Turnstile service checks your browser to confirm that the contact form is sent by a person, not a bot.

Your message reaches our team inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, which also sends your confirmation email.

These providers may process data outside Armenia, including in the United States. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep messages from the form for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless we start a project together. Our providers keep short-lived technical logs under their own policies.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It sets one cookie, emmosys-locale, and only when you switch languages, to remember your choice for a year. Your browser also stores your light or dark theme if you pick one, whether you dismissed the language suggestion and, for the current visit only, small details such as where you were on the page. All of this stays on your device.

Analytics

We don't use any analytics or tracking tools.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop using it, by emailing hello@emmosys.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Armenia, that is the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
